1.1 Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Pan-India Coverage: We deliver to all major cities and most towns across India
  • Metro Cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad
  • Tier 2/3 Cities: Most accessible locations
  • Remote Areas: May require additional delivery time and charges

1.2 International Shipping:

2. Delivery Timeline

2.1 Standard Production & Delivery:

  • Production Time: 15-25 business days (varies by product and quantity)
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after production completion
  • Total Timeline: Approximately 18-32 business days from order confirmation

2.2 Rush Orders:

  • Expedited Production: 7-12 business days (subject to availability)
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days
  • Additional Fees Apply: Rush order surcharge + express shipping

3. Shipping Charges

  • Air Cargo: For time-sensitive shipments

  • Local Delivery: Direct delivery for local orders

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information:

  • Tracking details provided once shipment is dispatched
  • Sent via email and available in your account dashboard
  • Real-time updates on shipment status

5.2 Production Updates:

  • Order confirmation: Within 24 hours
  • Design approval: As per project timeline
  • Production start: Notification sent
  • Quality check complete: Notification sent
  • Dispatch: Tracking information provided
  • Out for delivery: Final notification

6. Delivery Process

6.1 Delivery Attempt:

  • Carrier will attempt delivery during business hours
  • Signature required for delivery confirmation
  • Multiple delivery attempts made if recipient unavailable

6.2 Failed Delivery:

  • Notification sent after failed attempt
  • Held at local courier office for pickup (up to 7 days)
  • Return shipping charges apply if package returns to us due to failed delivery attempts

6.3 Delivery Confirmation:

  • Inspect package immediately upon delivery
  • Report any visible damage before accepting
  • Sign delivery receipt only after inspection
  • Take photos of damaged packaging for insurance claims

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

7.1 Damaged During Transit:

  • Report Immediately: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Evidence Required: Photos of damaged packaging and products
  • Claim Process: We will file insurance claim with carrier
  • Resolution: Replacement shipment or refund once claim is approved

7.2 Lost in Transit:

  • Investigation initiated if shipment is delayed beyond expected timeframe
  • Carrier investigation typically takes 7-10 business days
  • Replacement or refund provided if shipment confirmed lost

8. Partial Deliveries

Large Orders:

  • May be shipped in multiple consignments
  • Separate tracking provided for each consignment
  • All consignments typically delivered within same week
  • Shipping charges adjusted proportionately

9. Delivery Address

9.1 Address Accuracy:

  • Provide complete and accurate delivery address
  • Include landmark, contact person, and phone number
  • Verify address before order confirmation

9.2 Address Changes:

  • Before Dispatch: Address can be changed (notify us immediately)
  • After Dispatch: Limited options; may incur additional charges
  • Contact carrier directly for redirection (if possible)

10. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be undeliverable if:

  • Address is incorrect or incomplete
  • Recipient refuses delivery
  • No one available after multiple delivery attempts
  • Access restrictions at delivery location

In such cases:

  • Package returned to BoxFold
  • Customer responsible for return shipping charges
  • Reshipment requires new shipping payment

11. Special Delivery Requirements

11.1 Large or Heavy Orders:

  • May require loading dock or forklift at delivery location
  • Notify us in advance if special equipment needed
  • Delivery to ground floor only (unless stairs/lift available)

11.2 Residential Deliveries:

  • May incur additional residential delivery surcharge
  • Notify us if delivery address is residential
  • Delivery during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM)

12. Customs and Import Duties (International)

For International Shipments:

  • Customs duties and taxes are customer's responsibility
  • Delays may occur during customs clearance
  • We provide all necessary documentation
  • Customer must comply with destination country's import regulations
  • Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries

13. Delivery Delays

Possible Causes:

  • Weather conditions (floods, storms, extreme weather)
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or carrier disruptions
  • Festivals and peak seasons
  • Customs delays (international orders)
  • Address issues or accessibility problems
